Pā́usōn

Pā́usōn or Ōkúsōn is a god of boundaries, identified with the planet Mercury.

Although his etymology is likely different, the Greek messenger god Hermes and his Roman equivalent Mercury are likely based on Pā́usōn, as they were also a god of boundaries and all three were both associated with the planet Mercury and the day Wednesday.
